Brooklyn Beckham is (allegedly) in conflict with his family, so of course everyone is reading his social media posts. And there was an interesting update.
Brooklyn took to Instagram to share the flowers he and his wife, Nicola Peltz, received on their anniversary, along with a message that read "Dear Nicola and Brooklyn, wishing you a very happy anniversary! With love, mom, dad and all the kids."
At first, he simply wrote "thank you" on the photo, leaving fans to wonder if the flowers came from his family, amidst their recent drama, or from Nicola's parents.
And finally, Brooklyn deleted the photo and reposted it with the updated caption, "Thank you so much for these wonderful flowers from my in-laws. I love you."
In case you're not yet familiar with the latest Beckham family drama, apparently Brooklyn and his brother, Romeo Beckham, are no longer speaking because Brooklyn and Nicola don't approve of Romeo's girlfriend, Kim Turnbull (who is also thought to be Brooklyn's ex-girlfriend).
Brooklyn and Nicola don't think Kim has the "right intentions" and things have been tense since December, which is why they are currently estranged from each other.
Brooklyn and Nicola have even skipped family events — including David Beckham's recent birthday party, Victoria Beckham's fashion show, and a soccer game in Los Angeles (where they live). As TMZ reported, "Brooklyn and Nicola will not be attending any public family events where Kim is present."
