1. The smell of burning oil
This smell has an industrial undertone and could indicate an oil leak in the engine or another component of the car. If left unchecked, it could lead to serious engine damage.

If you smell this smell, there may be a problem with the brakes. In some cases, the brakes may lock up, causing excessive friction between the tires and the road. This not only damages the tire, but can also be dangerous for road safety.
