"This year God made plans for me," said Samanta Karavalla about the most important year of her life. In an interview with Living , Samanta shared details about this new phase of her life, pregnancy, cohabitation and life now in the USA.
"I am living one of the most magical periods of my life. There are no words to describe the feeling of a little life growing inside you... Every beat reminds me that the purest and truest love I have ever felt is coming. My heart is not just full, but it beats differently. I know that my life will change forever and I am ready for any challenge." - said Samanta.
The singer also spoke about her partner, who is not Albanian, but has started learning Albanian to communicate with him.
“Our language is so beautiful, so pure… and yes, a little difficult! He started learning Albanian with some online apps and was doing really well, until he stopped. It was a very interesting period, because every morning I would see him repeating phrases like: “Hello, Mrs. Sam! Do you want something to drink? Or something to eat?” This was the time when we talked more on video calls and he was trying to learn a few words to communicate with my parents. But what makes me laugh the most is when he gets curious about what I'm saying to my friends, so believe me, he will pick up Albanian very quickly. As an American of Italian descent, he has learned Italian very well, and even communicates brilliantly with my dad.”
Samanta emphasized that "he is very family-oriented and cooperative in every aspect, not just at home. We are like a team and this keeps us closely connected."
Regarding music, Samanta said that despite being far away, music has been and will always remain a part of her, meaning that she will be constantly active with musical projects.
"My mind is awake 24/7 thinking about the innovations I will bring to the public this year, but at the same time I am trying not to be too hard on myself and to enjoy moments like these, which rarely come in life. This year God made plans for me, so I feel more than blessed and grateful for this new chapter of my life."
