Adele was moved to tears as she closed her last concert in Las Vegas.
"I'm going to miss this terribly and I'm going to miss you terribly," the British singer, 36, told the audience during the 100th and final show of 'Weekends with Adele' in Las Vegas, Nevada.
"I don't know when I'll be performing again," she continued while on stage at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.
"I'm not doing anything else. I'm actually thinking to myself what I'm going to do while I'm gone. I have no well-thought-out plans.”
She continued: “Of course I'll be back, the only thing I'm good at is singing. I don't know when I want to go on stage next."
Adele's residency at Caesars Palace began in November 2022 after being pushed back earlier in the year due to production challenges as well as other setbacks.
In August, Adele confirmed during a show in Munich that an extended musical hiatus was in her plans after her Las Vegas residency ended.
“After this, I won't see you for a very long time and I will hold you dear to my heart,” she said.
She concluded: “I've spent the last seven years building a new life for myself and I want to live it. I want to live my new life that I have built. I will miss you terribly.”
