"B4Students" is a program specially created for students by the Mane Foundation, to train them professionally and connect them with the business world. Among the young people present at the meeting, there were those who are currently studying and doing internships in BALFIN Group companies; students who have recently acquired the status of employees, yes at BALFIN, but above all young people who want to be part of the business world with their skills and innovative ideas.
Samir Mane shared his personal journey with them, while emphasizing the importance that the BALFIN Group and the Mane Foundation dedicate to ambitious young people through the "B4Students" program. "When I see so many students who are part of BALFIN in different ways, it reminds me of my beginning, when I only had a business idea, which made me very brave from the economic side, although many were against it. Today, here we all are, in a big group like BALFIN", said Mane, to further dwell on the importance of "B4Students" and the concrete impact it has on young people.
"This program creates countless opportunities for young people. So far we have supported over 300 business ideas, many of which have become reality. Additionally, we have awarded over 1,400 internships and 50 scholarships…,” reflected Mane. The meeting concluded with an appeal to the youth to continue to dare, work with passion and follow their dreams without hesitation.
"Your future starts from the focus you show during your studies, from a step and a new idea. We are here to support you and show you that persistence and passion are always rewarded", concluded the President of the BALFIN Group, to leave room for fruitful conversations, where young people shared their attitudes and ideas not only with but also with mentors and professionals present from different industries. "B4Students" not only provides financial support, but also prepares young people for the challenges of the business world. The program aims to empower students to build a better future and contribute positively to the community.
