People didn't hide their disappointment with Kim Kardashian's 75th birthday wish for Caitlyn Jenner, which some called cold and forced.
The star of "The Kardashians" posted on Instagram a single photo with Jenner, which he accompanied with a short description: "Happy 75th birthday. I love you.” Jenner responded by commenting: “I love you so much. Thank you for everything.”

But followers noticed that this wish lacked Kim's usual warmth in the family's other birthday posts. One commenter wrote: "Short and simple, with a single photo..." Another added: "Looks so forced. Kimmy, we know you didn't feel like making this post.”
Several other followers described the caption as "tired," while someone else commented, "Ah, that's your post.'" Another wrote, "Hahaha, looks like he just did it out of compulsion. Where is the essay you usually write about family?”
Kim's post about Jenner's birthday comes months after she reacted to Jenner's comments, which she called "calculated" in the House of Kardashian documentary that aired in November 2023.
In the first episode of the fifth season of the family series on Hulu, Kardashian indicated that these comments do not impress her: "I had a wonderful stepfather who raised me," she said. "So nothing that is said, even if it's twisted, will make me think differently about the life I've had."
