Christopher Nolan's upcoming film, still without an official title, is expected to begin shooting in early 2025. The Oscar-winning director has expressed enthusiasm for his next project. It has been confirmed that Nolan is in talks to include the star of the Spider-Man films, Tom Holland. Also, the agreement with the well-known actor Matt Damon has been signed, an actor that Nolan has worked with before in films like "Interstellar" and "Oppenheimer".
The project reunites Nolan with Universal Pictures, who backed his landmark blockbuster Oppenheimer, which won seven Academy Awards, including best picture, and grossed $975 million. "Oppenheimer" marked Nolan's first time working with Universal, after ending his nearly two-decade partnership with Warner Bros., the studio that has backed some of his most popular films, including "The Dark Knight" trilogy, "Inception" and "Dunkirk".
With an excellent cast in "Oppenheimer" such as Cillian Murphy, Robert Downey Jr., Emily Blunt, Matt Damon, Florence Pugh and others, it is expected that Nolan's new film will also gather a significant group of actors in addition to Damon and Holland, which have already been confirmed.
