"Specifically, the defendant LE, although his license was revoked by the Ministry of Justice, still being in possession of the notary's stamps, in cooperation with the defendant FA, created the notarial statement with false data, and then the defendant FA , on 25.02.2022, submitted this notarial statement to the former Lushnje Prosecutor's Office", declared the prosecution.
