It seems that Paris Hilton has decided to be honest with everyone about the ADHD disorder, which she has never talked about before. In an article for "Teen Vogue" magazine, she shared how the symptoms of this disorder led her to an educational institution for teenagers with behavioral problems, at a time when her diagnosis was not yet "sealed".
"Growing up, I was always told that I was too energetic, too confused, too talkative, so too much in everything," she begins her writing.
Paris says she spent years feeling misunderstood and punished for the way her brain worked.
"It wasn't until much later in life that I discovered what was really going on. It's something I used to keep secret because I worried about how I would be perceived by others. But these challenges are only one side of the coin. The other side is something beautiful: creativity, passion and a mind that goes for the bold and unexpected," Hilton points out.

For the mother of two, ADHD is not a "limitation" but "a superpower."
"It's my secret weapon in a world that often asks us to 'play' with open cards."
This disorder allows Hilton to focus on the things she values ??most in life, such as her work and family.
