Prince Harry has embarked on a several-day trip to New York, where he has participated in several important activities as part of panel discussions. As a special guest at a meeting of the non-profit organization THE HALO Trust that is dedicated to the clearance of landmines around the world, he spoke about all the threats that are coming to societies at the level of national security and the roles that states have in this approach.
"My life has changed a lot in these five years, especially since I became the father of a daughter. We need our children to live in a safe place where they can take action in the future to protect the environment and our planet. I I know my mother would be horrified that her children or grandchildren would live in a world surrounded by mines,” he said.
Prince Harry added that safety for his children, but also for all their peers in every corner of the world, is a primary initiative in his life, but also for his partner Meghan Markle.
It seems that this next trip proved once again the fact that Harry is a wonderful father to Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. As sources tell People, shortly before the start of the panel discussions, he made a video call to his wife where he greeted her and the children.
"Backstage I saw Harry call Meghan several times. I thought how kind-hearted and devoted he is to his wife, but also to his children," said Chiara Riyanti Hutapea Zhang, one of the winners of "The Diana Legacy" award who was present at the event.
