A recent study has found that employees who have flexible schedules that fit their lifestyle are happier and more productive in their professional engagement. Tax collection company H&R Block has been ranked as the happiest and most stress-free company to work for.
The study was conducted by the company Indeed and the Wellbeing Research Center from Oxford University and shows that companies with higher well-being scores at work allow employees to be flexible with schedules and respect the full work schedule even remotely.

These policies allow employees to choose where, how and when they work, "giving them the opportunity to go to appointments ranging from doctor's appointments to picking up kids from school, attending a therapy session or sports, etc."
Following this line, H&R Block appears to be a hybrid workplace, with 42% of staff working remotely full-time, but mostly motivated and happy.
