Abano Bogdo, invited to "S'e luan Topi" has spoken about one of the most discussed cases in his career, referring to his "joker" against Beatrix (and Alban) Ramosaj. He pointed out this shocking and sexist statement, saying:
"When I said that joke, I was the most hated man in the Balkans and it happened on the same day when the massacre was carried out in Kosovo by a Serb. No one dealt with it. Everyone was going for it. The reaction to me was exaggerated and inappropriate. Most of the feedback came from people who had no connection to the real situation. I'm interested in how much Beatrix and Albani were affected", said the comedian, do you mean that people can't react to different things, which have nothing to do with each other.
Further, Albano said:
"I didn't manage to communicate directly with Beatrix, but I apologized to her, from the human side. If I had the opportunity to communicate with him, I would not make the comments on the show. I have nothing personal, on the contrary, she was in "Apartment 2XL".
Albano also said that he learned that Albano and Beatrix were going through a difficult time and left Albania. He accused people of "wiping them out of the country" and then taking his joke.
If you don't remember the actor's statement, he told a very sexist and disparaging "joke" on his late-night show about Beatrix and Alban Ramosaj: "[Alban Ramosaj] is the guy who fucks Donald's sister in ' Big Brother'" , said the actor at the time.

His statement sparked a lot of controversy online and celebrities reacted to it. Albano apologized to Beatrix, but somehow made the situation worse.
The comedian was communicating with several other people, live on TikTok, where he said:
"All the moralists of Albania were taken away from me, who really have no point of morality in their souls because I know them very well. They took me and crucified me, are you saying that I have committed 20 murders, I have robbed 20 banks, I have massacred the nation, for one sentence that I said, for one sentence that I did not lie (?), however, I sincerely apologize to (Beatrix) , for the messages that may have gone to him, that's all," he said, acknowledging the fact that he only apologized for the inconvenience, but not for the sexist and misogynist joke he made.

Albano also said: "Do you know how I recorded it on the show? The actor did not stop there, but described as "stupid" the people who wrote and reacted to the statement given. He said he didn't mean to offend anyone and even swore for the family. At another moment, he emphasized the fact that no, he is not apologizing for the "joke".
