Britney Spears continues to pay for her two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline, despite the little boy turning 18 this week.
The famous singer, it seems, will continue to provide financial support for her two sons, Jayden and Sean, even though both are legally of legal age.
According to Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, under California law, a parent must continue paying child support until they have completed high school. So, despite the fact that they are considered adults because they have turned 18, the artist is still obliged to pay for them.
"Under California law, child support jurisdiction continues until children graduate from high school, but in no case later than their 19th birthday," Kaplan tells People.

So, in accordance with the laws of the country, Britney will continue to pay for Jayden after he graduates from high school in November of this year.
A source adds to "People" that Spears is happy to continue to support her sons in any way she can.
"Britney has plans for the boys' future and will do everything she can to support them, always."
