She posted a series of photos on Instagram, breaking her silence after she went to the Los Angeles Supreme Court office alone and signed the divorce on August 20 (the date of the former couple's wedding anniversary).

In the photo album, she appeared in a T-shirt that read that she is thriving, carefree, unavailable and at peace. So, it seems that J.Lo has made up her mind to be in the best shape and mindset after the divorce.
