In a fast-paced and chaotic world, finding a way to disconnect yourself from the daily grind can be helpful. Writing down what you dreamed about is a good way to do this.

"Writing dreams in a journal creates a connection with your subconscious, revealing hidden emotions and thoughts that can affect everyday well-being. This process of conscious self-reflection can help you identify and really deal with an emotional problem,” she adds.
