There are so many tips about anxiety and managing thoughts in the brain, but none of them should become an obstacle to fixing your condition. According to psychiatrist Daniel Amen, also known as a brain imaging researcher in California, there are four solutions for managing the mind and alleviating anxiety.
-Do diaphragmatic breathing

Slow breaths bring more oxygen to the brain, which helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This tactic not only affects the mitigation of the situation and its calming, but it is also useful in preparing our body for sleep.
-Listen to relaxing music

"People who experience anxiety should listen to music to calm their minds," says Amen. Researchers from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom found that people who listen to music frequently throughout their lives tend to have stronger memories and better brain health as they age.
-Do hypnosis

Amen says that hypnosis is a tool that works to relieve stress and anxiety. Hypnotherapist Elena Mosaner says that: "What we need to do is to use relaxation techniques so that patients enter a relaxed state of mind and their subconscious is open to suggestions."
-Give your brain a name

Give the brain a name because this is how people gain psychological distance from the noises in their heads, as this is a healthy separation between thought and belief.
