Kate Middleton may never return to her public roles

The year 2024 has not been easy at all for Princess Kate, especially after she revealed the diagnosis of cancer in March. While sources very close to the royal family say that the Princess of Wales is coping very well with chemotherapy treatment against cancer, these months have been the most difficult in the lives of Kate and William.

According to a source close to "Radar Online", Kate Middleton may never return to her public roles with the royal family. In fact, the same source said that she is "reevaluating" her role in the amount of full-time duties and commitments, precisely because she is part of the royal family.

The newspaper also quoted journalist Dan Wootton, who said: "Kate continues to be ill, but she is aware of her role and priorities have clearly changed since her illness." It seems that Kate has begun to reduce her appearances in the public eye, and it is likely that she will return with a reduced schedule to some of the most important engagements.

While Kate's role may change after her cancer diagnosis, she is still a central part of the royal family. Speaking to OK! magazine, renowned BBC journalist Jennie Bond spoke about her future as queen, which Kate is said to be ready for. "I think you have to be very strong to survive in the royal family, as there is an almost intimidating hierarchical system," she said.

According to Bond, Princess Kate is confident in herself as the future queen of England and everything else that role will bring for her.
