Recently, Blake Lively revealed that her husband, Ryan Reynolds, wrote one of the most iconic scenes of "It Ends With Us", referring to the scene on the terrace. Blake said that she and her husband always collaborate and that "her successes are his and vice versa".
However, despite this cute interaction between the couple, actor and producer Justin Baldoni was not too happy. A source told the Daily Mail that Ryan entered the "scene" to stop the disaster from happening with the film.
"Ryan had every right to support the woman, especially when it comes to a project she is passionate about. Ryan knew he needed help with the script. Together with Blake, they made sure that there was an approach that was not only brilliant, but also reflective of the story being told," said the anonymous source.
"Ryan didn't want anyone to fail, especially his wife. He had nothing against Justin (Baldoni), but he took it personally and it's not Ryan's fault. He has no need to apologize. He didn't want credit. He just wanted Blake's return to cinema to be successful," the person added.
Clearly, the "Deadpool & Wolverine" star thinks that Blake has sacrificed a lot to raise the kids and for Ryan to follow his dream, and feels that he owes her so much.
"He loves her more than anything and wants her to achieve her dream. And she will always need the help, guidance and support he gives her," the source concluded.
Blake told E!News: “The iconic terrace scene was written by my husband. No one knew, but now you do. He wrote it. He works in everything I do. I work on everything he does. So his victories and celebrations are mine too. Mine are also his."
