Saying "thank you" can seem like a big deal. Maybe a person who helped you thrive in your career or a friend gave you extra support during a difficult time. In any case, giving flowers as a thank you can be a nice way to let someone know that you feel grateful for them.
When you want to show someone that you are thankful for them, there are certain types of flowers that are more appropriate. And what better way to share love and compassion than with some of nature's most beautiful works of art? So when you're choosing a bouquet, consider placing some of these flowers to say thank you:
The roses

They come in all kinds of sizes and colors and can be perfectly tailored to your gratitude bouquet needs. If you associate roses with romance remember that only red and purple roses have connotations of love.
Take, for example, a yellow rose. Yellow roses symbolize friendship and joy and are the perfect gift for your friend. Additionally, pink roses can show admiration for someone (not necessarily in a romantic sense) and can add more color to a thank you bouquet.
daisy

A member of the Aster flower family, along with sunflowers, daisies are a lovely Thanksgiving flower. Plus, they can be found in all different shades from yellow, red to purple and pink.
lily
Lilies have a special shape and their pleasant aroma makes any bouquet better. Their magnificence conveys a sense of sincerity, making lilies an excellent choice for expressing gratitude. Additionally, lilies have powerful symbolism in many different cultures.
Orchids
Queens of the plant world! One theory behind their popularity is that orchid flowers have symmetry similar to the human face. So flower lovers (who isn't one?) have a penchant for these flowers that remind us of ourselves. Orchids make great flowers for thanksgiving. They look beautiful in a bouquet, but can also stand alone as a potted plant. Combined with their long leaves, they serve as a powerful statement piece.
Bonus: They last for weeks!
