Jumping right in, especially if you're creating a virtual romance through dating apps, can often end in a failed relationship.
A recent survey of singles revealed a list of the worst messages you can send your date on these apps, especially nude photos or bold emojis.
"It's clear from the research that first impressions are so important and many people forget this detail, ending up with tactless messages on these types of apps, right where the first sparks are expected to start," says Marco van der Woude, co-founder of Breeze dating app.
In the study, which surveyed approximately two thousand young people, 45% considered sending nude photos to be an excessive joke, followed by emojis in the shape of eggplants (to compare male sexual organs), lips, etc.
If you are part of the list of people who have started to create a virtual acquaintance, here are some messages that you should avoid if you don't want everything to end before it starts well!
#1 “Hey sex, give me your number?”
