But what are the six behaviors that set you apart from your fellow empaths?

#1 Analyze everything before making a decision

Sensitive people, especially in the work environment, have a feature that distinguishes them from others, let's say a work mentality, "do it once and do it right". They are more reflective and responsible for their work and tasks. These individuals analyze everything before reacting or acting on certain situations.

#2 You are not the first to speak in a meeting

Sensitive people, especially in a workplace where they are surrounded by groups of people, are very suspicious of their own ideas and approaches. This feature makes them more interested in presenting strategies or ideas they have for different projects, so naturally they are the last to speak in a meeting or meeting with managers.

#3 The glass and open office is their nightmare

Working in a completely open environment is the biggest problem for these people. Noises, movements, strong lights are all elements that distract them from their work and tasks.

#4 They need more rest during the day than others

We all need a few minutes of rest during hard days at work, but sensitive people need more time for their brains to function properly. A 2021 study found that the brains of sensitive people showed a more improved state, especially after completing tasks and projects and taking longer rest periods.

One of their strengths is the fact that they are conscientious, dedicated and always loyal to the work environment. Precisely for these motives, they find it difficult to refuse a cooperation, a certain task, etc.

The sensitivity in everything they do at work makes these people more empathetic who easily stand out from the rest of their colleagues at work. Trying to be the heroes of the company, these people take care of everyone around them, from colleagues, to managers, etc.
