The Albanian national team ended its journey to the 2024 European Championship, after losing to Spain, in a 0-1 result. Anyway, our boys' adventure was just fantastic and exciting. The Albanians, in addition to the performance in the match, managed to mark their name in this competition, with a series of achievements.
First, Nedim Bajrami entered the history of the entire European championship, after scoring the fastest goal. In the 23rd second, Bajrami scored a goal for Italy, surpassing the record set by Dmitri Kirichenko, who scored a goal in the first 67 seconds, in the Russia-Greece match in 2004.
Furthermore, Klaus Gjasula set another record! He is the first footballer to have scored an own goal and a goal in the same match during the European Championship.
He scored an own goal in the 76th minute of the Croatia - Albania match, leading Croatia to the advantage. Then, in the extra time, he scored for the national team and the score went 2 to 2. This was a match full of emotions and a great achievement for our national team.

Undoubtedly, the ardent fans deserve another extraordinary merit! All over Germany, our fans filled the streets and celebrated in creative ways, setting another standard of fandom and dispelling the prejudices that exist about "crazy fans". We showed that we are proud people for our country, for the national team and for the flag, we know how to celebrate and cheer "Oh how good it was to be Albanians" and show the world that the dreams of a small national team are as big as the dreams of a national team that is a contender to win.

Another surprise of this national team was the draw with Croatia, since let's be honest, nobody expected Albania to perform so well and go down in history as the team that made Luka Modri? sweat.
So, let's be even more proud of our chunas who know how to set records and give us indescribable emotions. The dream continues!
