Come on, sweaty and curious people? Now that you've clicked through, let us explain why you shouldn't follow Loredana's lead and wear SPF when you're in the sun.
Recently, Loredana has published a photo album with her boyfriend, football player Karim Adeyemi, and in the first photo, the singer appears reddened/burnt by the sun. In the photo, she is seen wearing a pair of black bathrobes while holding her phone to take the photo.
You don't have to squint during the photo in question to see that Loredana is very sunburnt, as she most likely either didn't put on SPF at all, or forgot to reapply it. We don't want to think about how much your body will ache and burn, and may even have a fever, so we suggest that to avoid all this, put on SPF.
If you're one of those people who thinks you shouldn't use SPF, we're sorry to inform you, but you're wrong. Practically, anyone who is over 6 months old. For babies under 6 months, it is recommended to stay in the shade and wear clothes that have materials that protect them from the sun. For anyone else, a sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher is absolutely necessary.
One more clarification: People who have darker skin tones and tend to burn more slowly in the sun, does not mean that they will not be affected by skin problems and cancer, so they cannot get away with using SPF.
To be clear: On the way to work, to school, to coffee, to the restaurant, to the beach (and especially to the beach), your face and body should not lack SPF! Don't forget to reapply as well.
We may seem a little harsh, but we have it for your own good. :)
