Three young Albanians, who were on their way to Germany, were raped in Kotorr, Montenegro. They reported that they were raped by 8 civilians wearing military uniforms and were punched and kicked by people who have not yet been identified.
One of the boys is in a more serious state of health and is currently receiving medical assistance.
The Prime Minister of Montenegro, Milojko Spaji?, reacted to the event in X, saying: "I am very sorry for today's events that happened to our dear guests from Albania. I emphasize that Montenegro should and will be an oasis of peace and security for everyone. Our thoughts are with everyone affected and we are working to provide everyone with the safety and hospitality they deserve. A perpetrator has been identified and efforts are underway to capture him. Soon all information will be made known to others," he wrote.
Meanwhile, the Albanians did not exchange a single word with the perpetrators, so nothing is known about their nationality and identity.
