Kanye West's former assistant has sued the rapper for sexual harassment, according to documents obtained by Page Six. The girl, named Lauren Pisciotta, claims that during the time she worked with the Yeezy founder, he sexually harassed her several times.
The influencer, who has also collaborated with Kanye on several tracks from the album Donda, was asked to be available to the rapper 24/7, whenever he needed. For this, 1 million dollars would be paid. Lauren accepted the offer.
In the lawsuit, she states that she was also receiving about $1 million from her OnlyFans account, until the 46-year-old rapper asked her to close the account and be "closer to God." To repay the financial damage, he promised to raise his salary to $2 million/year. Shortly after the salary review, he started sending vulgar messages to the influencer and employee, talking about how he has sex and how he wants the woman he has sex with to cheat on him.
Along with the messages, the former assistant says Kanye also sent her various photos of male and female Yeezy employees. In the lawsuit, Pisciotta details other incidents with the "Heartless" rapper, saying that he masturbated while talking to her on the phone, asked her about the size of her (former) partners' penises, and in one case forced her to remove sweater, as it was dressed in a very 'covered' way.
According to her, on another occasion, he locked her in a room and masturbated next to her, until she fell asleep. Lauren pointed out that he became irritated after she told him that it was unlikely that the two of them would have sex.
In September 2022, Pisciotta was promoted to chief of staff for several of Kanye's companies and received a salary of $4 million. However, a few months later he fired him.
Lawsuits against the rapper of the hit "Carnival" are numerous. Recently, one of the former employees sued him for racism and that he fired him because he was a black person.
