While the world is waiting for Kate Middleton to return to the royal spotlight, it seems it still needs time for the Princess of Wales to return to public engagements, state dinners and charity work. In a statement to the BBC, Kensington Palace explained that Kate will not return to work until her condition is stabilized and medical staff give their decision.
"The princess is not expected to return to work until she receives the green light from the medical team," the Royal Palace spokesman said.
Earlier this year, admirers of the princess were filled with hope for a possible return of Kate to public roles, despite health problems and the confirmation of the cancer diagnosis. "Royal Foundation Business Taskforce For Early Childhood" is the foundation dedicated to children, where Kate is engaged with the goal of investing in a better early childhood and a healthier and happier society. According to "The Telegraph", Kate has been working from home with her assistants since March until now to finalize the project dedicated to children.
Christian Guy, the project's executive director, added that Kate is happy to see that the charity is continuing to work as normal while she herself recovers.
Speaking to MailOnline, an insider from the Royal Palace confirmed that Kate has been kept informed of everything that happens with her charity initiative where the absolute focus remains on children and investing in the most vulnerable through various projects.
