Traditional romantic films with a sometimes funny, sometimes difficult story are back and the news is being shared by many media outlets.
After the release of "The Idea of ??You", starring Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine, the motivational and supportive comments for this production, but also for the return of the romantic genre, are everywhere.
This is supported by the figures reported by Box Office and Netflix, where "Irish Wish" and "Anyone But You" were also very successful.
We remember that the peak of "basic" romances that deal with stories from somewhat difficult, but very cute ones, had its peak in the 2000s. Still, some of the productions of that period are ranked among the most beautiful romantic films of all time. But then there was a slump, which seems to be disappearing again with inspiration from Anne Hathaway.
In X someone wrote: "This film has a chemistry and sensitivity that we were missing. Finally some 'rom-com'”.
"The number of people who have seen 'The Idea of ??You' is very high. In my profile, I only see such videos", writes another.
While a third is more specific: "I want Hollywood to understand that all we want is to see people falling in love. It's not science."
Apparently, the Internet loves romantic movies and the desire for them has not yet disappeared, it has even returned with nostalgia.
