Admirers of the famous singer are convinced that Kardashian's gray sweater is related to Swift's song, "Cardigan". "Kim please tell us why you're wearing a sweater? We think it's because of Taylor Swift or not," wrote one TikTok follower. Another noted: "This is how to stay away from Taylor and all her admirers."
Now, before we put our "detective skills" into play, there seems to be an explanation for Kim's Met Gala sweater that's causing quite a bit of backlash. This accessory is known as the style that represents the fashion house of Maison Margiela and is part of the new collection, spring 2024 named, "Artisanal".

On the other hand, Kim gave her explanation for this choice in an interview with Vogue. "I just ran and grabbed my boyfriend's sweater and threw it over my shoulders because I had to go to work," she said in this interview.
Perhaps these explanations may have disappointed the admirers of the singer, since the sweater could be just a trick by Kim to cover the super revealed during the big fashion event, or simply this is the designer's creation, dress and sweater on top.
