In TikTok, where makeup trends increase every day like mushrooms after the rain, the so-called "boyfriend blush" is circulating.
The technique in question has reached more than 30 million views, while even more videos about it are being added.
The essence of the technique is to apply more blush than usual, so that the soft red goes down to the bottom of the cheekbones, but without reaching the corners of the smile. For makeup artists who support the technique, this method reminds them of old photos of Prince William and Harry when they were younger and had a slight red face.

"They looked cool, young and very sporty," says makeup artist Mallory Osses, who also demonstrates the exact technique. To apply it, start with the focus on the center of the cheekbones, then continue with the application in a "W" shape, giving the effect of a more lifted skin.

Generation Z was the first to like this trend and the reason is simple: This blush makes you look younger and more childish on the face.

The only tip you should keep in mind is not to overdo the makeup when trying it on, as the overall look should be very natural.
