Apparently, Kim got tired of her black hair and decided to make the unexpected change. Between the political engagements, where she had a meeting with the vice president of the USA Kamala Harris at the White House, she found the time from this engagement to go to the beauty salon to make a super change with her hair.
Kim Kardashian is officially an icy blonde or platinum, the shade she chose to present at the "Homeboy Industries' 2024 Lo Máximo 2024" event held in Los Angeles.
In addition to Kim's own stardom, it was her hairstylist Chris Appleton who shared her new look on social media.
"Ice Kimmy," he wrote in an Instagram post. "We wanted to keep one root short and black, while the rest is cool and icy blonde. Of course it took several coloring sessions to get to this result," he adds.

This isn't the first time Kim has gone blonde. The 43-year-old has experimented with a variety of colors over the years, while she appeared with platinum hair in May 2022 at the Met Gala evening, this one inspired by Marilyn Monroe.
Kim has always said that her hair color affects the way she acts and feels. "I'm a very brave person, so when I choose to go blonde, I do it because I feel confident," said Kardashian.
