Things don't always go well, and we're not just talking about love relationships. If you constantly have arguments and end up getting busy with the people around you, are you the problem?
Jonathan Bennet, consultant and author of the site "The Popular Man", identified 3 main facts that prove that the fault of every debate has one name - you!
1. You start every fight
Keeping your feelings inside is not a good thing at all, but useless outbursts over little things are not normal either. Put the problems on the scale and ask yourself: Is it worth making it this big?
"If most of the conflicts and arguments start from your harsh words, it is a sign that the problem lies with you. "Perhaps it would be good to calm down and sort things out," Bennet points out.
So, skip some things and don't start the discussion directly with a big sword!
2. Other people's concerns go in one ear and come out the other!
We are talking about that moment when your partner, friend, mother, etc. is giving you 100 arguments about the whole debate, while you leave as if nothing happened. You don't listen to them until the end, preferably put on headphones and their words sound Blah-Blah-Blah. But if there is no communication, nothing else matters.
3. I don't stick with anyone
People are different and we don't have to create close relationships with anyone. So, if you don't have many friends, there is nothing to worry about. But if you don't have any, then something is wrong.
