Elia Zaharia spoke in a letter to the show "Albanian Life" on RTSH, about the court process with Prince Leka. Elia clarified what is currently happening, stressing that the mutual protection order session has been postponed.
Zaharia called to respect privacy in this difficult time and to avoid the distortions that are being made in the media and in media panels where people are removed as her and Leka's friends.
"I can't go public because I'm in court proceedings! I pray that there are no distortions, the session for me and Leka for the mutual protection order was postponed because the prosecution had not brought my medical-legal report. It was requested by the lawyer to make it available, now it was also requested by the court! It's a simple procedure! While for dad it was developed. Dad did not request a protection order from Leka, as he did not consider it necessary for the continuation of this ended relationship. The request for a protection order against him was made only by Leka and the court upheld it. Today's hearing is only related to the protection order, not the criminal complaint. That is another issue that belongs to the prosecutor's office", concluded her letter.
