The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, through a video message has revealed the truth about the conspiracy theories circulating, saying that she has been diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy sessions.
As with King Charles, the type of cancer has not been made public, but she began chemotherapy in February.
"Of course, this was shocking and William and I are doing everything we can to process and manage this private matter for the sake of the children," Kate, 42, said. “As you can imagine, this has taken time. It took me time to recover from my surgery so I could start treatment," she added.
The cancer was discovered by tests carried out after her surgery in the abdominal area.
Kate spoke publicly on March 22. "The operation was successful. However, tests before the operation revealed that the cancer was present. "My medical team advised me to do some preventive chemotherapy and now I am in the early stages of treatment," she said.
