Supermodel Gisele Bündchen was a guest on The View, where she shared how she herself
overcame depression and panic attacks in her 20s, turning her life around.

"I didn't even have the slightest idea that everything was so much related to the way I lived and especially to food", she recalled, continuing even further: "I wasn't paying attention to my body, I was walking at 160 km per hour" .
Gisele admitted that for a whole year she had to go from specialist to specialist to help herself, but nothing was solving the problem.

"When I saw a doctor he told me that I should change my diet and I was surprised because I couldn't believe that food had anything to do with the panic attack, but he assured me that it all started right there," explained Gisele further.
That's when everything changed according to the supermodel, who went on to practice yoga and meditation and says she was transformed as a person.
Gisele is the author of the cookbook "Nourish" and in an earlier interview she explained her close relationship with food by revealing the one food she never eats, which is white sugar, which she says is poison to the body. .
