Antony Blinken says that Kosovo and Serbia must implement all dialogue agreements, mediated by the EU
The American Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, in the conference held in Vienna with his counterpart in Austria, Alexander Schallenberg, asked Kosovo and Serbia to strictly implement all the agreements that have been reached in the dialogue mediated by the European Union.
Blinken said that people in the Western Balkan region should not turn back, but move forward and integrate into the EU.
Elections begin in Russia
Russian citizens will vote today to elect a new president, which will most likely be Vladimir Putin again. In the official race, 4 people are running, but for a country like Russia, their candidacy and Putin's victory is simply a procedure.
Putin is expected to secure the fifth mandate and for another 6 years. Any serious candidate was not allowed by the Kremlin to run, bringing out various problems in their candidacy. These are the first elections in Russia after the invasion of Ukraine.
The US and allies warn Iran: "Do not send ballistic missiles to Russia"
The United States and its allies have warned Iran that they will impose further sanctions on the country if it goes ahead with a plan to send ballistic missiles to Russia over its war with Ukraine.
Joe Biden's administration, for months, has raised the alarm that Russia is asking Iran to supply it with short-range ballistic missiles, as it is facing a lack of weapons. Although the US has not yet confirmed whether the missiles were sent, it is still calling on Iran not to take that step.
SpaceX rocket crashes on return to Earth
The largest and most powerful rocket ever built by SpaceX, Elon Musk's company, has broken up during its return to Earth. The Starship nearly completed its flight when it crashed in the Indian Ocean.
The 120-meter system, which weighs about 5,000 tons when fully fueled, lifted off from SpaceX's spaceport, called Starbase, in the Gulf of Mexico in Boca Chica, Texas. SpaceX, aiming to use the spacecraft to one day transport astronauts to the Moon and Mars.
For the first time, the spacecraft cruise ship flew around the globe, but contact was lost during the final stages of the test, just as it re-entered the atmosphere.
