Elia Zaharia told the show "Breaking" more about the conflict with Prince Leka. She, through an exclusive message for the show, expressed that her soul was torn when she saw her ex-husband rape her father.
"Being convinced that my eyes saw my father being violently attacked and my soul was torn apart. All the evidence of violence is on his body and the prosecution and the court have it. I say this because it is important that the people who supported me publicly, taking the cost of the hatred of the partisans of the other party, know that they are basically defending a man who jumped at his throat (prince Leka) in defense of his parent ".
Further, she clarified that the conflict did not occur for any property.
"There is no property issue in between. Everything is determined! There is no usurpation! My daughter and I live in the family house, which he abandoned until the apartment he gave to his daughter is built! All this, according to the family code, where the highest interest of the child is considered! My father had been taking care of me and my daughter for 10 days, because I had a fever and could not take care of myself! What haven't my ears heard these days! I have neither party nor partisans to come out and defend me. I only have my truth!", she concluded.
Elia made another reaction earlier on Instagram, where he expressed his thanks and gratitude to the people who supported him.
"Friends and well-wishers. I feel and wish to express my deepest gratitude for the courage you have given me during these very worrying days for me and my family! I am grateful to all those who sat down and wrote me heartfelt words, to those who understood and felt my pain," wrote the actress.
She also thanked her fellow artists who signed a petition on March 8, raising awareness of the drama in her family, after the release of a video recorded by Prince Leka, to "document" her violence against him. The video, despite being supposed to be kept private, was released online and became quite viral and discussed.
"Prominent and honored artists of my country, from the generations that have made us and continue to make us proud and that are a national asset, to the new generations of art and culture in the country, joined in a sensitizing petition in support of a human dignity! I am humbly grateful to you, to the point of tears," she concluded the post.
