How many of you come home tired and don't have the energy to finish the day cleaning?
We're all in this dance with very few exceptions, but there's a way you can avoid making a huge mess at home that you spend all weekend worrying about.
There's a rule that's going around called the "1-minute rule." Put plainly and simply, if you only need 1 minute (or less) to do a certain task, such as putting your pajamas in the closet, or cleaning your hair comb, or removing a single stain in the kitchen, just do it.
Don't think too much and spend a few seconds to systematize something, which if you leave it will get worse. By doing the little things around the house, you will begin to realize that the house will be more orderly.
Try the 1-minute rule for just 1 week and see the result comparing it to the earlier days.
