The idea of ??a boy to share a bed with, many girls say, makes them feel exposed and emotionally exposed. The reason is simple: When you're asleep you have no control over anything that happens to your body, starting from talking in your sleep while (perhaps) having an erotic dream, to other situations like snoring.
As an example to support this theory, Vogue has taken a paragraph from Milan Kundera's book "The Unsustainable Lightness of Being", where a very donzhuang doctor always leaves after having sex from every girl's bed.
The protagonist named Tomas, after (only) sleeping with a simple girl, comes to the conclusion that monogamy is not natural when it comes to sex, but it is natural when it comes to sleeping with someone.
"Making love with a woman and sleeping with her are two different things, I would even say opposite. "Love does not manifest itself with the desire to have sex, but with the desire to sleep together, which usually comes and refers to only one person," the author writes in the book.

Science shows that sleeping with someone close to you releases a hormone called oxytocin that helps you sleep better and relieves stress. Psychologists say that a hug while sleeping, or physical closeness like just holding hands together, speaks of the relationship and plays an important role in its longevity.
So, even if you're just starting out or in a long-term relationship, sleep might be the factor that will tell if the relationship is worth it or not. Trust your energy and intuition.
