The most frequent word in names in Tirana is the word "bar", said Elsa Skënderi Rakipllari in "Opinion", lecturer in the linguistics department at the Faculty of History and Philology.
Considering that Albania is one of the countries with the highest number of cafes in Europe in relation to the population, the word "bar" was not a surprise.
