Britney Spears has detailed the challenges with mental health after the birth of two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, in the memoir, "The Woman in Me."
The pop princess spoke about the constant and annoying media attention on her and her newborns, thus affecting her postpartum depression. "Unfortunately, mental health was not talked about back then like it is today. I hope that the new mothers who read this (book) and are experiencing a difficult period, get help quickly", she said, showing the symptoms: sadness, anxiety and fatigue.

Brit recalled that at that time grief had caused him to lose his torua. "I admit that severe postpartum depression, the abandonment of my (ex)-husband, the torture of separation from my two sons, the death of my beloved aunt, Sandra, and the constant pressure from the paparazzi, made me think in some cases as a child" .

In the same book, Spears also tells why she decided to shave her head in 2007, while being photographed by numerous paparazzi.
"I was in the public eye growing up. People have been telling me what they thought of my body since I was a teenager. "Shaving my head and doing whatever I wanted was one way to respond," the pop star wrote.
