Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are known for keeping their children Archie and Lilibet out of the media spotlight, however, the duchess made an exception at an Archewell Foundation event where she spoke about mental health in the digital age.
She said that she prioritizes the safety of her children on social networks. "Being a mother is the most important thing in my life," she said, admitting that fortunately, her children are young and at the moment she doesn't need to monitor what they see online.
"They say when you're a parent, the days are long but the years are short, so that worries me. Everyone is affected by the online world and social networks. We all want to feel safe and I'm convinced that with more awareness and visibility of the things that happen, we can make a big difference together."
Even Prince Harry confessed that they are committed to creating a safer world for young people. "I think about us, about myself, my wife and children who will grow up in the digital age. The primary thing is to turn pain into goals".

Harry has also spoken before about the negative effects of social networks on young people, expressing concern that these effects could affect his children. "My little ones are still at the age of innocence. Sometimes, I feel like I have to keep the internet out of harm's way, but I'm learning to do better," referring to the fact that all people are affected by digitalization in some way.
