There are few celebrities who have openly agreed to talk about plastic surgery, fillers, botox and many other anti-aging treatments. Ariana Grande went against the grain and agreed to speak publicly during a beauty column for "Vogue" magazine.
"Complete transparency from a man in the beauty world, I've had a lot of lip fillers and botox. I stopped in 2018 because it seemed excessive. I wanted to hide. I never thought of interventions".
While speaking in the video, emotional and in tears, the artist did not hide her relationship with beauty in a very special and honest confession. "When you are 17 years old, you don't know many things well. Over the years, I used makeup as a disguise, or to hide behind. Our relationships with beauty are very personal. We're here talking about beauty secrets. Isn't it a secret that we all want to feel as good as possible and be loved"?
The "Wicked" star confessed that she's not opposed to injections again in the future, but for now, she wants to embrace her "natural smile lines."
"For a very long time beauty for me was hiding, now I feel maybe not. Maybe I'll do it again one day, I don't know. Everyone knows for themselves. Whatever makes you feel beautiful, I support it. But I want to see the wrinkles I've earned from laughing and crying. I wish that the smile lines deepen and you laugh a lot even more. I think aging can be a beautiful thing. Now, will I get a facelift in 10 years? Maybe yes. But these are just thoughts."
