Cardi B joined several other celebs who rocked the red carpet at the MTV Video Music Awards (think Lady Gaga in a meat dress or Lil Kim in a purple dress).
now, it's Cardi B's turn to make her mark! The rapper appeared on the red carpet as a living sculpture. Her dress was made entirely of hundreds of hairpins.
The avant-garde dress was created by Turkish-British designer Dilara Findikoglu, who attached hundreds of silver clips.
Her creation appeared in the Fall 2023 collection. Cardi also wore clasps on her arms.
The end result was a futuristic look, surprising and worthy of a return to the VMAs.
