Elon Musk wants birth rates to rise worldwide – but he believes only people of a certain level of intelligence should reproduce.
“[Musk] really wants smart people to have kids,” says Shivon Zilis, who has twins with Elon, in an excerpt of an upcoming biography of the tech mogul, previously obtained by the New York Times.
Tesla's CEO has long spoken about the importance of reproduction. "Doing our best to help with the birth crisis," Musk tweeted in July 2022 after news broke that he and Zilis, a principal at his company Neuralink, had given birth to twins.
"A fertility collapse is the greatest danger facing civilization," according to Elon. "Mark my words, they are sadly true."
Musk claims that low birth rates are a "much greater danger to civilization than global warming."
Not in vain, he has given birth to 11 children ... so far.
