Note: Migraine is one of the neurological problems characterized by chronic and severe headache for hours or days and days, making it impossible to carry out various activities, including work.
1. Blurry visions
You may have moments during which you seem to see flashes of light, which can be almost blinding. In fact, they are the result of a visual illusion occurring inside your brain.
2. Brainstorming
Many people experience a sensation as if the room is spinning so much that they feel like they will fall over if they don't sit down. Often these dizziness are also accompanied by nausea.
3. Severe headaches
You have a stabbing sensation, followed by a numbness that is usually felt in the hands.
4. Unpleasant smells
Scents may seem heavy and cause confusion. Almost all migraine sufferers experience the same hypersensitivity to smell. The brain is overloaded in the olfactory area making the stomach more sensitive (vomiting).
5. You can't stand bright light
Sun exposure signals your optic nerves, which send signals to the brain to activate pain receptors.
6. Other signs:
- the headache is continuous, it stops for 1-2 hours to start again;
- in most cases, only one side of your head hurts;
- you have frequent mood swings;
- suffer from marked lack of sleep, poor sleep accompanied by a feeling of fatigue;
- even when you don't have the flu, you have stuffy noses, nosebleeds, etc.
