Fero (whose real name is Feronit Shabani) has announced today through a post on Instagram that he will give up music, because he will dedicate himself to the Islamic faith and religion.
"Hello friends! I want to inform you that recently I have had some challenges in my life, which with the help of Allah I have overcome. I have decided to finally leave music. The main reason is that recently I have been studying about the Islamic religion and it has become clear to me that music is forbidden in Islam. For this reason, I have decided to leave music and dedicate myself to the Islamic religion and my family."
Further, Fero continues:
"I want to inform you that I pray 5 times a day and repent to Allah, the Creator of the universe for every song I have sung and every text I have written. I apologize to my family and everyone I have wronged. I ask you to make me halal".
Fero added:
"I have a message for everyone who listens to my songs. Let him delete those songs or never listen to them. Let him get away from this nonsense! Every person is free to choose the way to live his life".

The singer called on people to follow his path.
"I know that there will be people who will prejudice me, they will say that they know what sins I have committed, etc., etc., but the word of Allah the Exalted is sufficient for me: "Say: "O my slaves, you that you have burdened yourself with many mistakes, do not lose hope in the mercy of Allah, that indeed Allah forgives all sins. With respect, Feronit Shabani", he concluded.
