The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are officially entering the movie business.
Harry and Meghan will adapt the novel Meet Me at the Lake as part of their company Archewell Productions' partnership with Netflix.
"I'm thrilled to confirm that I'm teaming up with Netflix and Archewell Productions to adapt 'Meet Me at the Lake.' Will and Fern's love story is dear to me and I couldn't imagine a more perfect partnership. Writing this book was a tremendous personal challenge and to see it recognized in this way is truly incredible,” said the book's author, Carley Fortune.

"Meet Me at the Lake" follows "a chance connection [that] sends two strangers on an all-day adventure where they make a promise that one keeps and the other breaks, with life-changing effects," according to book summary.
The romantic comedy film will be part of the Sussex couple's collaboration with Netflix, a deal they signed in 2022 shortly after they left the kingdom.
