The supermodel has spoken openly about her divorce from Tom Brady and the impact this event had on her life.
In an interview with Vogue Brazil, the 43-year-old said that: "I have always believed that every situation, no matter how difficult it is, teaches us something and helps us grow. Separations are never easy, especially when the media speculates at every step."
Bündchen said she focused all her energy on more positive aspects of her life.
"I tried to focus on my kids, my health, my projects and my dreams," the supermodel said, referring to the two children she has with the former NFL player.
Recently, through the photos that have circulated in the media, Bündchen has been seen spending more time with her family, her twin sister Patricia with whom she celebrated her 43rd birthday in a super yacht party.
Bündchen and Brady met in January 2007 and married on February 26, 2009. They also have two children together: Benjamin (13) and Vivian (10), while Tom is also the father of John, ( 15 years old), whom he co-parents with actress Bridget Moynahan.
