The potential showdown between Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg will be broadcast on X, formerly known as Twitter, according to Elon Musk.
In a series of tweets on Sunday morning, the platform owner said he was "lifting weights all day, getting ready for the match," adding "all proceeds will go to the veterans charity."
Musk has not given more details about the match in a ring-cage.

All proceeds will go to charity for veterans.
In June, the two tech billionaires apparently agreed to take part in a cage match.
Zuckerberg responded to Musk via Threads on Sunday, "Shouldn't we be using a more reliable platform that can raise money for charity?"
He added: "I'm ready. I suggested August 26 when (Musk) first challenged me, but he hasn't confirmed it. Not holding my breath."
It remains unclear whether Zuckerberg and Musk are serious or joking.
However, who would win in a cage match remains to be seen. Musk is physically bigger than Zuckerberg, but the latter practices jiu-jitsu, the Brazilian martial art, and won gold and silver medals at a tournament in May.
Rivalry in business is apparently not enough.
