Dua Lipa, while on vacation in Albania, has been sued by musician Bosko Kante, alleging copyright infringement in the recording of the hit song "Levitating".

According to Kante, the recording made with his talk-box was used in the remix of the song, without permission. The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles on Monday, and according to it, Bosko is entitled to more than $20 million if he proves that his copyright has been infringed.

The lawsuit states that Dua had permission to use the talk-box on the original recording, not the remix.

"Levitating" is one of Dua's most popular songs, part of the "Future Nostalgia" album.
